Homewood Suites By Hilton Phoenix Tempe ASU Area

Homewood Suites is a hidden treasure. I had to stay her for about 5 weeks and it was fabulous. The front desk staff is stellar. So willing to help in any way. The kitchen staff was remarkable too. Kudos to the chef! They made sure everything was up to par. Housekeeping was great as well. They were in pushy and they kept the location amazing. If you are looking for a cozy stay close to activity this is the place. Most definitely planning another stay.

My husband is staying here for an extended amount of time for work training and the staff has been SO helpful in so many ways. I want to shout out Samantha who works nights at the front desk, she has gone above and beyond to help with anything we need and is always friendly and inviting. Housekeeping and the staff who is in charge of breakfast are also fantastic.

I came alongside my husband for a business trip. We chose this hotel for the location. It was walkable to his job, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel itself was hit and miss. We got there late in the evening, the room we paid for was not available, and we were told it won't be for two days. It was disappointing. The guy charged us the rate for the original room booked even though the room that was given was cheaper. He also was not very welcoming, or friendly. We spoke to the manager the next morning and it was a whole different experience. She was very professional and understanding, and was able to switch us to the room we paid for and also offered discount on it. I also had a hard time obtaining a second key for my husband for the new room. They told me a reason that absolutely made no sense since we had two keys for the previous room. There was a lack of staff at the front desk and times. Some of the staff were very nice and friendly and others just cold and uncaring. The rooms even though fairly new felt a bit outdated. It was very loud at times. Hallways and elevators smelled like weed at times. Breakfast was ok. The gym was nice. Was thankful they allowed us to have late checkout without a charge Other than the location and accessibility I am not sure if we would want to stay here again!

Where do I begin? We arrived at 5pm upon check-in we were told that our room that we had preselected (members can check-in online and select room) was not available, as they had given it to another guest. They did provide us with a different room, but this was the start of a bad weekend. We left for a function and did not return till after 11pm, getting the kids ready for bed we pulled out the sofa bed and Doritos are all over the bed, black stains on the mattress....proceeded to go downstairs and complain, the staff on duty replied "I don't know what you want me to do, I can't do anything". I told him to give me all new linen for both the pullout sofa bed and the king size bed and remade both beds. The next day we left for another function and did not return till after 10pm-upon returning the entire hotel was surround with police with their guns out(we had just arrived to a crime scene at the front lobby) The staff was not very friendly from beginning to end of stay. Very disappointed stay-side note this does reflect on all Hilton Properties, because we have stayed a some really outstanding locations.

Location and hotel staff were amazing! Nothing short of stellar. Their hotel itself ...gives me some concern for structural integrity. Many cracks in the walls and ceilings that are trying to be covered up with plaster. Gaps in the door to the frame, to the point to where you can tell it's struggling to close from the unevenness of the frame. The whole floor constantly is vibrating to the point to where when you sit down it makes you question what is going on with the HVAC units.

We needed an extended stay Hotel for about a week and a half. This place was great and it really helped our situation. We were able to do all we needed to do, and cooking in our room was a breeze, or using their BBQ. Their location is perfect with plenty of fast food and sit down places to eat. Market Square sits next door, plus a cinema! Very clean and comfortable and all the staff was very friendly and no matter if you needed a fork or roll of TP, they were on it! Sara, Amanda, and Luis, great smiles, greetings, and welcomes every time we walked in. For sure a great place to call home when you are away from Home.
